Swanson Vineyards Merlot 2010
The 2010 Swanson Oakville Merlot shows an exuberant array of aromas, including plum, black cherry, exotic spices, espresso and sweet vanilla. On the palate, there is excellent definition and considerable power, yet at the same time, the wine is long, graceful and elegant. Our restraint in using just one-third new oak allows the lush fruit and succulent ripe tannins of this wine to be front and center. This Merlot will continue to improve in the bottle, with optimum drinkability from 2015 through 2018.
Shannon Ridge Shannon Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2014This is an intense and full bodied wine from our top vineyard locations. The Red Hills AVA and volcanic soils provide ripe red fruits, bright cherry, anise, dark chocolate and soft tannins to the blend. This balances with Cabernet from the High Valley AVA; a cooler location, higher in elevation and more loam soils. This terroir adds cassis, fresh herb, and cedar notes with a structured finish. The combination of these two Cabernet Sauvignon lots showcase the breadth of terroir in Lake County and our skills as farmers and vintners. Allow time for this wine to open.

Eaglestone Cuvee Red Napa Valley 2013Dull brick red color. Mild aromas of chocolate and vanilla, dried berries, and dusty spices with a satiny, soft, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a sleek, breezy nuts and oak finish with soft tannins and light oak. A smooth, pleasant wine for casual sipping.
Marquis de Brim BordeauxGarnet color. Aromas of black currant, pencil lead, spicy oak, and crushed plum with a chewy, racy, dry medium-to-full body and a warming, complex, long black currant, wild cherry, spicy vanilla, and crushed blackberry finish with well-integrated tannins and moderate oak. Complex and balanced with layers of rich, deeply flavored fruit and generous spicy oak that does not overpower due to the depth of rich fruit flavors; added complexity of black tilled soil, cigar box, mocha and pencil lead.

Annabella Special Selection Pinot Noir 2014This wine is a dark burgundy in the glass, echoing the wine’s dark and brooding nose - ripe strawberries, combined with a touch of forest floor and fresh shiitake mushrooms. In the mouth, the wine is broad and heavy, with flavors of white fig, cocoa, and vanilla bean, framed by smooth integrated oak. The finish dances with flavors clove and fresh orange peel.
